Amsterdam Shadow Box (almost done)
A few week's ago I received this amazing package in the mail from Scotch full of goodies to help me along with my 30 Days of Creativity.
We were told to especially use them today since the suggested theme was Plaid (get it Scotch plaid). Well, no plaid ideas came to me but, all of this stuff was perfect for making more of my travel memory boxes.
I had already made boxes for Sweden and India and boy, do I wish I had had some of this stuff! The Tacky Glue works really well for holding craft foam pieces together for lifting photos off from the back & for holding fabrics together. Then I tried the Tape Runner, I think this may be my new favorite thing, it held foam together and pictures to foam with no gluey mess or bubbles. Just a quick run down the back with the dispenser and done. The Adhesive Dots were great for sticking things down like the clog in the Amsterdam box and the bottle in the Sweden box. I have to say these supplies really make doing these shadow boxes easier. Now, I only have to do Belgium and London.
*Disclaimer: I was given a package of Scotch products to use in my crafts. I was not reimbursed in any other way or required to write about them.
